Fixing tiny fonts in FrameMaker 2015 (Windows 10)?

I've just installed a trial version of FrameMaker 2015 on Windows 10 on my Dell laptop with screen resolution 1920x1080px.

I'm having the "tiny fonts" problem that has been previously-discussed for FrameMaker 12 (thread "Menu fonts and symbols are too small after FrameMaker 12.0.4").

However, the recommend solution (checking Preferences/Compatibility/“Disable display scaling on high DPI settings” in the FrameMaker.exe shortcut) does not work. Is there something simple I'm missing?

    None that I can see.

    You should see some impact of using/not using that flag. There was some discussion on the Framers list about changing the properties on the framemaker.exe file itself instead of the shortcut. Maybe you need to try that?
