FM 11 Patches fail to update

New installation of FM11 on a 64 bit Windows OS. Launching the AdobePatchInstaller.exe results in an "Update Failed" message.

Tried both installing directly from Adobe and from my local computer. The screen shot is from a local install try.

BTW I forget to include the OS is Windows 7. 64 bit as mentioned before.
