FM 14/15/16 de/en Enhanced tool bars updated

The Enhanced Tool Bars got the following updates

• DocNav now displays header labels correctly: control chars are replaced by spaces
• Edit view and Print view now also observe the session wide settings. You should see grid and ruler only if you have expicitly set it either in the session or the document.
