FM 2019: index for Korean lanaguage

Using DITA and FM 2019, group titles for Korean index entries are defined by the below image.

Order: Symbols > Numerics > Alphabet > Hangle character (initial consonant).

Can I produce only two groups, which one group includes symbols, numerics and English Alphabet entires, and the other group includes Hangle character entries in Hangle initial consonant order (ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ ... ㅎ)?
