FM 2019- Welcome screen becomes useless

Dear all

It  happened yesterday in the morning and was fixed in the evening.

Today in the morning the same useless huge part of the Welcome screen:

When I start Frame 2019, the Welcome Screen pops up then is replaced by a large graphic of what appears be the Resources section of the welcome screen

What the heck is going on here?
