FM 2020 bug changes all table footnotes to alphabetic while generating HTML5

Tables with footnotes are set to alphabetic when you generate HTML5 or Basic HTML output. This issue occurs whether your document is structured or not. Table footnote configurations in FrameMaker are ignored in the HTML output. To see how dramatic this issue can be, try to produce a table with more than 30 footnotes, and you'll be surprised by the type of characters inserted in the HTML output.
