Patch announced for FrameMaker 6p405 on WinXP

The patch for FrameMaker 6 and Frame+SGML 6 to prevent missing-graphics-related crashes un Windows XP is available:

Missing Graphics Crash FM 6.0p405 in WinXP

Q: Whenever I open a document where FM does not find some graphics and I select "skip this file" or "skip all missing files," FM crashes with internal errors 6004, 4647406, 4646793, etc.

A: This is a known issue with Windows XP and FrameMaker. Neither Microsoft nor Adobe have released a patch or update for this.
