FM-file (.book) to MSWord (.docx)

Is there a way (e.g. using JavaScript) to convert a FrameMaker book (*.book) containing all references into a Word file?

Might also try FM to .rtf > Word.

Probably the easiest way is FM > PDF > Word.

I’ve already tried that method, but it causes the paragraph formatting to be lost.
Is there a setting for this?
