FM Package Function Issue - Modified Dates Missing & Changed to specific date and time

When I select Package in FM 2019, a zip folder is created. The files in that zip folder no longer have "Date modified" associated with them. Or, all files in a package is changed to 1979-12-31 AM 12:00:00

Attached is a sample. Is there a way to prevent this? - Thanks

Is the (lack of) Date Modified causing an issue with your workflow?

Whether the date causes an issue or not, I think that the date should be maintained as it is. At least, the date should be changed to the date when the package function is done.
