FM V 9.0p255, unstructured: Auto Increment Table and Figure numbers in TOC.

I have roughly 400 figures and 200 tables in a book. I need some help with the generated TOC reference page setup to auto increment from "Figure 1. Figure 1 Title" to ":Figure N. Figure N Title", and "Table 1. Table 1 Title"  to "Table N. Table N Title".
