my colleagues and I frequently encounter FM11 crashes when updating or creating cross references, usually when working with books, and when creating or solving cross references across various files in the book, for example when updating the revision history.
The internal errror is most often referenced 11004. There can be a few crashes a day for some of us.
Is anyone else in the community encountering teh same issue?
Sorry, haven’t had any crashes in FM12 since upgrading – I used to get crashes almost daily in FM11 when adding xrefs to docs (that was a known bug due to scrolling within the xrefs selection list).
EDIT- messed up my versions - FM11 has the bug with xrefs crashing - it's caused by a memory leak issue when using the scroll wheel on your mouse within the xref panel. It's a known bug and was fixed in FM12.
