FM20 crashes when printing

Hi there

I have recently updated to FM 2020 and I noticed that printing om my standard Canon Laserjet printer causes FM to crash. Printing to PDF though works as usual. Anyone an idea what could be the cause of this?

Well. LaserJet® is an HP trademark (although the print engines have often been made for HP by Canon), but that does raise a question of what driver was configured for the printer: MS, Canon, HP, and what page description language: Ps, PCL, or now for something, completely different.

The port/connection might also matter.

Has this ever worked or has it just started happening? Frankly, I've never printed (ever) to a physical printer in FM - it's always to the Adobe PDF instance.

Are you all patched up? Check Help > Updates to check. Are you using some font that the printer can't handle?

Yes I have the last update installed.

Printer has no problems with fonts in other software nor the previous FM 2017
