A.fmとB.fmの構造図を比較をして差異を見つけたいのですが、そういった機能はございませんでしょうか？

    Are the diagrams imported art/images? If so, what format are they in?

    No, there is nothing like this built into FrameMaker. You could save each document as XML and use an external tool, like Oxygen, to compare the files.
