FM2019 on a thin-client system

Trying to find information about running 64-bit FM2019 on a thin-client system.  Will this require a site license?  Can individual users implement third-party add-ons (scripts or plug-ins) with a single-user license?  Is there publicly available case history experience for such a configuration?
