FM2019 - Unable to find the structured application 'DITA_1.3'

While Opening FM2019 getting the error in the Console. Someoene let me know how to fix this issue

 

Unable to find the structured application 'DITA_1.3_troubleshooting'. Please check the settings in ditafm.ini. Also, ensure that the correct structapp file is being used.

If you do 'Esc f D B' (global structapps), are the dita structapps listed there?

If not you may need to re-install FrameMaker.

Are you using Structured FM or unstructured? Is your FM2019 all up to date?

Hi We are using Structured FM. We are migrating from FM 8 to FM2019.
