FM8 Serial number cannot be used to activate

Hi,

Can Adobe help me deactivate my serial number from another laptop. I'm currently using new one, and forgot to deactivate from the old one. Now I cannot used my serial number to deactivate in my new laptop. it says to deactivate the SN from previous computer. Please help me solve this.
