fmerror wasn't found at adobe.com

Das ist die Fehlermeldung von Adobe, wenn ich einen FrameMaker-Absturz melden will.

Hat sich die E-Mail-Adresse geändert oder nimmt Adobe keine Fehlermeldungen zu FrameMaker mehr an?

    That was the right choice. I reached out to Adobe to address this issue and recieved the following response:

     

    We appreciate your patience on this, this is a known issue. I’ve escalated it further to expedite the resolution so that our users will not face any challenges, meanwhile I would request you to share the issue description here [tcssup@adobe.com] with screenshot in-case you are facing any errors while opening FM, we will help you on priority.

    This was reported a few weeks ago, but Jeff thought it was fixed on 9/1. Is your email bouncing back?

    My mail was bounced about 3 hours ago - and again just a minute ago.

    Will try tcssup@adobe.com instead - that didn't bounce at least.
