fmerror@adobe.com is bouncing

I received an error from FM 17, and after sending the log file to fmerror@adobe.com, it bounced:

 

Is there another email address to send crash log files?

    Hi @Zecharia_1:

     

    This is still an on-going issue. I reached out ot Adobe today and received the following response:

     

    We appreciate your patience on this, this is a known issue. I’ve escalated it further to expedite the resolution so that our users will not face any challenges, meanwhile I would request you to share the issue description here [tcssup@adobe.com] with screenshot in-case you are facing any errors while opening FM, we will help you on priority.

    Looks like it's fixed now [Sept 1] - give it a try on your end and see if you get anything back.

    It's not fixed at all - tested about 1h AGO.

    Have put a message in the prerelease forum - this is monitored by the developers.

    Just tested today & I got a bounce back too. Let me see if I can contact somebody to look into it.

    Shoot an email to tcssup@adobe.com and mention the issue in this thread. First I've heard of any issues with the error reporting email address.
