Folder Name in PDF Bookmark

Hi,

I am publishing a book that has multiple chapters grouped in seperate folders. When I publish the book, the bookmark does not include the Folder Name and thus all chapters come in continuation withoud grouping. 

Is there a way to include the folder names in the bookmarks?

    Is your structure like this?

    book abc
  folder 1
    chapter 1a
    chapter 1b
    ...
  folder 2
    chapter 2a
    chapter 2b
    ...
  ...

    As far as I know the folder name does not show up in any reference (such as $chaptname,

    In my compendium (https://www.daube.ch/docu/files/compendium.pdf#page=289) I write:

    «A template file can be associated to a book folder. This is very useful if you use the folder to represent a section. The template is then used to create a section-title page. A special variable (Chapter Title Name) contains the name of t he folder.
    The template file need to be only one page (title for the section). It is handled as a normal document.
    ERROR in FM-15: The variable does not contain the name of the book folder (Appendix), but the name of the template file (folder-template.fm).»

    Your experience may be another error in this construct - has to be tested.
