Formatting a numbered list in FM9

Hi,

I have a few paragraphs that I need to number as chronological tasks. For it to look readable there needs to be a space between each paragraph.

However, when I format the paragraphs as a numbered list, FM9 inserts numbers in the spaces. I have tried all sorts of combinations but cannot fix it.

Can anyone help?

Since you didn't post an example, it sounds like you are trying to get paragraph spacing by inserting empty paragraphs.

Instead, use Format > Paragraph > Designer to set the desired

Space: Below

for your numbered format.

Or just change the empty numbered paras to format "Body", or some other tag that has no auto-number.
