Frame 11/Win 7 - slow cursor movement

Does anyone know how to improve the speed of the up/down keys in Frame 11? Scrolling is very slow compared to Frame 7/Win XP. Thanks in advance!

Do you have the Auto Spell Check enabled in your Preferences? Try turning this off.

Do you have a lot of graphics in your documents? Toggle the graphics off using the esc v v shortcut.

Check your character repeat rates for the Keyboard using the Control Panel.

Thanks. I tried all three and the speed did not change. For the last one, I changed my Repeat delay to short and my Repeat rate to fast. Can you think of anything else to try? If not, no worries.

Do you have any pods open that autorefresh with each cursor movement, like the cross-reference pod, etc? That will slow things down. Try hiding all pods to see if it makes any difference.
