Frame 2019 randomly goes blank: fix expected soon

Over on the Frameusers email list, a list member has reported that Frame 2019 on Windows 10 (64-bit) will randomly blank the screen for a few seconds (sometimes longer) and then return to view. I was having the same issue on Windows 7 (64-bit). I haven't seen it since I  upgraded to Windows 10, but since that was only last Friday and the issue is intermittent, that's not entirely surprising.

Amitoj Singh has responded to the email list saying that Adobe has some leads on what might be causing the issue and that they expect to include a fix for it in Update 3, which should be released in March.
