Frame 2022 crashes when trying to connect to SharePoint Online

I am trying to connect Frame to SharePoint CMS. I have followed the instructions provided in the help file and the steps are:

  1. File > CMS > CMS Connection
  2. Select Microsoft SharePoint Online as the Connection type
  3. Connection Details:
    1. Connection Name: Test
    2. Server: top level location of SharePoint
    3. Local Path: my documents folder
    4. Repository: Documents
    5.
  4. Select Connect
  5. I get a browser popup that shows that I'm being signed into SharePoint.
  6. Popup disappears and the focus is returned to the Connection Manager screen
  7. Nothing happens, the screen displays and if I do nothing, the screen stays forever. Alternatively, if I click on the Connect button again, FrameMaker crashes.

Information written into the Log_meta.txt file is:

=== Header Begin ===

Operating System: Windows NT 10.0 (major.minor.build: 10.0.22631 )

It also generates a DMP file but I do not know the best method to open this file.

Any direction on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

    What point version of FM2022 are you running? That may have an impact. You may also want to reach out to the FM folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
