Frame12 to Responsive HTML5 -Print Preview in browser doesn't work

Has anyone else noticed that when publishing from Frame12 to Responsive HTML5, Print Preview doesn't work in IE, Chrome, or Firefox ? I'm setting up my first project, using default settings at this point, and when I Print Preview from a topic, the only content I see on the preview page is:

Home > Topic Title

1 of 1                         date & timestamp

The preview appears as Page 1 of 1, even though there are many more pages in the topic. When I print the topic, the entire topic prints normally.

I want users to be able to print any range of pages from a topic, so a working print preview is really necessary.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
