framemaker 10 joboptions problem

Hallo Framemaker-Community,

Ich habe einen neuen Laptop von meinem Auftraggeber bekommen und musste alles neu installieren.

Es funktioniert auch alles bis auf die Joboptions.

Ich hab das File an die 2 wichtigen Stellen kopiert....das auch noch funktioniert. Framemaker erkennt im Menü des pdfs Erstellen das File auch.

Aber wenn ich auf "zuweisen" also erstellen des pdfs klicke kommt "Die ausgewählte pdf-Auftragsoption ist bin der aktuellen Installation nicht verfügbar. Erstellen Sie eine entsprechende Auftragsoption oder wählen Sie eine verfügbare."

Wenn ich den CMYK-Farben in RGB konvertieren Haken setze erzeugt er mir gar kein pdf, wenn ich ihn nicht setze erzeugt er mir ein pdf, aber mit falschen Farben.

Kann jemand helfen?

    Are you running Windows 10 on this machine? Has it been updated to the latest build version of 1803? There was a Windows bug that messed up PDF generation.

    thanks for your proposal.

    No i'm still runninmg win7 enterprise. it's a customer's machine. But i have an idea right now. I think i forgot to copy the joboptions in the

    "invisible" and "write-secured" folder under Program-Data. I've opened a ticket with the customers help desk, because i do not have access rights to copy to that folder.

    I will report if that solves the problem when helpdesk answered.
