There are three products names (A,B,C).I have 3 guides with almost same topics and data in them. I want to maintain a single guide. In some places in the document, we have the product names mentioned. So, when publishing them, if I publish for product A, I want that name to appear in all the document occurrences. For example, for product A, I need to get at all the places A. For B, I want B.

You need to be using the Conditional Expression approach in this case. When you use the Show as per Expression method, only the specifed tagged content will show, i.e. if you ask for A, everything tagged with B or C will be hidden. This is a completely different approach from the old method of specifying what you want to hide using  OR boolean logic.

    Hi Arnis,

Can you please provide a step-by-step procedure of one instance for example.

Example: This document describes the installation information for the Product development application.

This document describes the installation information for the A application."
