FrameMaker 11 will not change deadline for Shared Review

I am using FrameMaker 11's shared review and have a few documents that I can not successfully alter the deadline. The deadlines have passed and I would like to extend them. I can do this on most documents, but not on a few key ones.

Any insight is much appreciated.
