FrameMaker 12 - Crash on Open

I am having an issue getting FrameMaker installed and working. When I install it, it says it failed to install, but the application is still on my computer. When I try to open it, it crashes as soon as the text FMPopUpMenu is on the launcher. Are there any logs to look at that will indicate what's going wrong here? This is a work computer and our IT guys have been baffled so far. I have a feeling that it's a permissions issue, but even if I launch the program as an administrator, it doesn't work.

Our IT guys were able to figure it out. Apparently, The .NET Framework 4.5 components on my computer were corrupt. Did you install it as a full admin?

Not sure by what you mean as"full admin." But, I did right click on the installer and choose run as Administrator and provided local admin credentials when doing so.

I’d try uninstalling and having IT install it. If the issue then persists, contact Adobe Support. Installation calls are usually a freebie.
