FrameMaker 15 V 13.0.1.385 Missing options or greyed out

New install -  FrameMaker 15 v 13.0.1.385 on Win10 OS

Edit section -> Preferences is missing

View section -> Body pages or Master pages is missing

Graphics -> Scale is greyed out

    Jeff's right. Updating to the current release (15.0.3.603) should fix your problem, but if it still remains, rename your preferences folder.

      First, get your version updated - a "fresh out of the box" install of FM is missing all the fixes that happened after it's released. Then try your issue again & report back.
