Framemaker 2015 1.2 General Task always asking to set structure.

Hi Everyone,

Every time I try to open a 1.2 General Task dita topic, it asks me to select the structure, between 1.2 and 1.3, yet if I were to use and reopen a 1.3 General Task, it doesnt do this.

This makes it impossible to convert Ditamaps into books because Framek doesn't know how to open the 1.2 general task topics. Anyone run into this?
