FrameMaker 2015 does not start after installation

I installed FrameMaker 2015 yesterday after purchasing a one-year subscription. When I try to start it, the FrameMaker box is visible but the product doesn't start. What do I need to do?

    On what operating system?

    Were you logged in as Adminstrator for the install?

    If not, and your user account has Admin privs, did you 'install as administrator"?

    I'm on Windows 7 Professional. Yes, I had admin rights.

    I went through Adobe Support and according to them it is a "known issue" that they have escalated. I had to install the live trial for now (even though we paid for the subscription).

    My colleague had the same problem and her support rep told her the same thing.

    The problem has been resolved. As I mentioned above, it was a "known issue" that apparently all customers encountered. Adobe made a fix on their end and then asked us to sign out (we were still signed in with the ID of our Adobe rep who installed the live trial for us), restart FrameMaker, and sign in with our own Adobe ID. It works now!
