Framemaker 2017 issue

Good afternoon,
on a PC with Windows 10 and Adobe FrameMaker 2017 the error message I am attaching appears.

 

I am also attaching the txt file specified in the text of the error message.
Adobe FrameMaker already has all updates installed.

 

Can you help me solve this problem?

Only the FM developers can figure that stuff out - not here in the forums. That's why theytell you to email it to fmerror@adobe.com. You can contact them - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
But maybe you can figure out what's hapening by going through a few steps - are you all patched up? Is the error happening all the time or only when you're doing some specific action? What are you doing when it occurs? Does it happen with a specific document or all docs?
