Framemaker 2019 crashes when saving as PDF

Framemaker 2019 crashes when a document contains TIF images with http references to the Cumulus image database (internal error 150554). It happens during the "Pages are converted" step.
The Framemaker displays the images normally.
If you use the Distiller, the PDF files are created. But then the transparency is missing in the images.
If the images are embedded locally, PDF writing works. All other file formats (PNG, PSD, EPS) also work. Does anyone have an idea?
