FrameMaker 2019 doesn't open beyond splashscreen

I've already installed and reinstalled my Adobe FrameMaker 2019 64-bit but still can't get it to go past the splash screen. I'm using it on a Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit.

 

It was working fine last week, but this week when I tried to open it again, it just failed. The last time I used it was last Friday. Wondering if it got affected by a disk and browser cleanup I did. 

I also installed it via the ESD program.

This has just been resolved. SL Cache folder was renamed to old then ran FM 2019 as administrator. Make sure you have your serial number with you because you will be prompted to input it again.
