FrameMaker 2019: F_ApiSave functions saves as ViewOnly

I am trying to save the individual documents in a book after making some modifications programmatically using F_ApiSave method but it saves the doucuments as view only by default. But i want to keep the documents as editable after saving. So if anyone knows any params to pass to F_ApiSave that can keep my document as editable.

F_ApiSimpleSave is also saving the documents in view only mode.

For F_ApiSave i am using default input params and i am saving the document as frame document only.

Any help would be appreciated.
