FrameMaker 2019 Update 8 missing from downloads page

We are trying to download the latest update (8) for FrameMaker 2019, but it is missing from the website.

 

The Downloads page only lists up to Update 7 for FM2019:

But the Fixed Issues page, clearly states there was an Update 8 released recently that fixes a bad bug with .mif files:

(Unfortunately we are unable to use the built-in update-functionality in the software).

 

Does anyone have a link to where it can be found?

    We have now updated the Downloads page for Adobe FrameMaker:

    Update 8 for FrameMaker 2019 is now sorted in properly and available for Download here.

      Finally. Very good.

      And they added the update 1 for FrameMaker 2020 at the top! Perfect!

      Funny enough, they first fixed the position of the FM2020-update.

       

      Then a bit later they added Update 8 for FM2019 ... AT THE BOTTOM and not grouped with the other FM2019 updates near the top. Apparently it is very tricky to add updates anywhere but the bottom. 😂

      You can install the update when you click on Help | Updates.

      I also know that Update 8 is not on this page. Not good. I do not know another page, where you could download it.

      As I said, unfortunately we are unable to use the built-in update-functionality in the software (Help > Updates is even grayed out). We have very strict IT security policies here, new software installations has to go through review, and no users have admin access, and FrameMaker is distributed via Software Center (and is bundled with some custom plugins).

       

      I'm expecting us to need the installation files for the update. I'm searching all over the place with no luck. 😞
