Framemaker 2020 / distiller not found for creating PDFs

Can't create PDFs as the distiller.exe or whatever is not found.
Couldn't find any instructions for FM2020, only for FM2019 which did not work.

Ok, I suggest talking with the FM folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.

Well yes, but in the log it says

Ok, let's go back to basics - what exact point version of FM2020? Is the Adobe PDF printer instance there in Windows? Does Save As PDF and Publish to PDF work or not?
