I have just submitted a bug report stating that FrameMaker 2022 can not display svg 1.1 or svg 1.0 files properly.

    Hi,

My problem is that FrameMaker changes the position of text when there is a space in between the characters.

However, I did not have an issue with bounding boxes.

My text issue is related to Corel Designer.

Maybe your issue is also caused by your graphics application.

How do you create your SVG? What exactly happens?

    Best regards, Winfried

Thank you for replying @Winfried Reng . The problem is that FM 2022 can't figure out to interpret the bounding box of the svg file correctly. The top image here, is how the svg file looks in Adobe Illustrator. The white square is the art board and it ought to work as a crop for the graphic. The below image shows the svg imported in FM 2022 and as can be seen FM not only does not recognize the art board, it shows an oddly cropped part of the total svg file. In FM 2020 the svg file is showed in its totality, but also without the proper cropping of the art board.

SVG is supposed to be the vector file format we are all going to be using, so this... odd.

OK. I hope that I have a chance to test this tomorrow.
