FrameMaker 2022: Send for Review function fails to distill PDF

FrameMaker 2022: Send for Review function fails to distill PDF, but the regular method (saving a .ps file and using distiller) works fine. Anyone know what setting I'm missing, or what the solution may be? We will be moving from FrameMaker 2017 to 2022, and I am evaluating the features for my team. I would love for this to work, because we already use shared reviews in the Adobe Cloud.

You may need to check the Distiller box in Publish

I did that. Still failed to distill and flushed the job:

I'd contact the FM folks - this may be a known issue that they're already working on - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.

I emailed my question as you suggested. I find it interesting that I can save the book as a .ps file and distill it with Acrobat just fine. I can use the "Publish -> PDF" option and it works just fine. But attempting to create a shared review copy using the Review menu always fails in the distilling.
