Framemaker 2022 wont launch and doesn't show in task manager

Framemaker worked great 2 weeks ago but now wont launch and its not showinging in task manager. Removed and reinstalled it but still can’t get it to run. Tried with av off but still not working. Any suggestions

Please let us know what you/they find out so that others can learn. Any time I’ve seen something like this, it was due to an over-zealous security program that squashed any application that tried launching.

Got me then - I think you need to reach out to the FM folks - give them a ping at tcssupport@adobe.com.

Its on a standalone pc using windows 11and being accesed through an RDP. Plus i am the it Department so its not a firwall issue

Did your subscription expire? What’s changed in the two weeks since you last fired it up? Any corporate anti-virus changes? Ran it as Admin? Have an internet connection?

supscription is ok and i disabled anti virus and yes the internet conection is fine. I tried to run as admin but that didnt work. The only thing thats happened is a windows update which i uninstalled and rebooted machne after.

Are you working in a corporate environment? Have you talked to your IT? Maybe they’ve closed some ports in the firewall that Adobe was using to “phone home”?
