FrameMaker 9 not printing books

We just upgraded to Frame 9, with all the updates, and I cannot get a book file to print. Individual files print fine. I get an odd dialog box that says "Cannot be undone. Undo history will be lost. OK to continue?" This is not something I should be getting from printing. Anyone else having/had this problem?

    Have you opened all of your files in the book prior to printing? With the book file open, hold down the shift key and then click on the File menu to get the Open All Files option.

    Deal with any error or warning messages that come up and then try printing while all of the files are still open.

    When you simply print from the book file, FM has to silently open all files, and any errors will simply cause the print operation to fail and you may not get any notice as to what or where it happens.
