FrameMaker and Microsoft Dynamics AX

I have a customer asking about how to integrate FrameMaker with Microsofts Dynamics AX. They produce big plants with customized manuals. Meaning that most plants have a lot of unique customizationsm which must be reflected in the documentation. I have little experience making FrameMaker work with other systems. Anybody here who can advise me?
