Framemaker blocked in structured

Hello,

I'm having some problems with Framemaker. In fact, when I go to Preferences and change from Structured to Unstructured it doesn't update when I exit the application and open it again.

I even uninstalled it and installed several times but it is the same situation...

Could you help me?

What version are you running? Did you install it with Admin rights? Because it sounds like your preference changes aren't being saved because you don't have enough rights.
