FrameMaker carshes while saving as PDF

I am using FrameMaker 2020 version. When I try to save any file as pdf using the option, File> Save as PDF, the FM window hangs for a few seconds and then closes the entire window. I was able to export sometime back, this started around 15 days back. Currently, I am using a single file in the FM. I have tried reinstalling the software, but that did not help. I am using the trial version for now.
