Framemaker closes without any error during pdf generation

I am also using FrameMaker 2019 with all updates and have not seen this  issue

And additionally: Do you have applied all updates?

Please check Help | Updates.

The current version for FrameMaker 2019 is 15.0.4.751.

Well, we would really need a little more info, such as the version of PDF, the version of Frame. 

Does this always happen etc.?

But, I can tell you when this happened to me, and maybe it will help.

When I used the "print to file" option for a selection of pages, a dialog box pops up asking me the name I want for the file, but this dialog box does not actually appear for me, and then Frame stops working, as I did not tell it the destination for the file.

The solution was to use Alt tab to see if there are any dialog boxes open asking you questions, or telling you to do something, once you ask the system to make the PDF.

Maybe this might be of help, Alt Tab to see if there are any types of message boxes that you did not see.
