Framemaker crashes when doing a cross reference

Intermittently when I open the cross-reference pod to insert a cross-reference within a book, Framemaker crashes. Are there any patch updates that I am missing?

Details are as follows:

OS: Windows 7

FrameMaker Version: 11.0.1.382

Please help!

I think 11.0.2.384 is the most current version of that one. Try your Help > Updates or go to the direct download page - Adobe - FrameMaker : For Windows
