FrameMaker: error Message when publishing PDF

Hi. I kept running on this error message while publishing a PDF in FrameMaker. Is there a way to resolve this? Thank you!

FrameMaker can't publish if the PDF is open elsewhere when publishing.

When you see this, do you have a/the previous version of the PDF already open in Acrobat?

Hi,

I do no not know with this little information ;).

What is your FrameMaker version (Help | About)?

How do you create the PDF? Can you go to the Publish pod, select PDF and click the icon next to the settings file and select Edit? Is the option "Use Acrobat Distiller ..." activated?

Is Adobe PDF your default printer?

Does this happen just recently? Or since you installed FrameMaker? Only with a specific file or book or with all files?
