FrameMaker fails today. It says that I'm not connected but my Adobe account is active

Until yesterday everything worked properly.

I try to work with FrameMaker.  It says that I'm not connected but my Adobe account is active.

What can I do?

    Lost your Internet connection? Anti-virus blocking Adobe FM?

    Internet is OK and no anti-virus blocking.
