Framemaker is ruining my computer and costing me hundreds of dollars.

I met Framemaker years ago and it worked beautifully. Now it does not work at all. I have spent hours and hours getting support from Framemaker. Instead it has wrecked my computer. And for live support I get people with impossible English accents. Framemaker is a wonderful program but it has been ruined by Adobe. I am very upset about this.

Let's get the installation issue solved first, then we can help with numbering here.  Have you reached out to : tcssup@adobe.com yet with the install questions? This isn't the general support you may have already contacted, it's Tech Comm Suite specific.

Hi Joyce,

it would help us to help you, if you could provide some more details:

- which FrameMaker version do you use?

- newest version?

- operating system ? Win 7, 8, 10 - 32 or 64 bit?

- network?

- and of course: what doesn't work?
