FrameMaker On-line Training Library

We have been using InDesign CS2 and will be switching to FM8. There are no local training centers offering FM. Does anyone have experience with the FM On-line Training Library? Or one of Adobe's other on-line libraries?

Is it worth purchasing?
Can you train several people on one subscription, or do you need one for each user?

    You may wish to check for online interactive courses as well. Some
    training centres now use various tools to provide remote classroom
    training via Internet connections.
